RETURN POLICY
Elwha Peaks has a return policy for defective vape cartridges within the first 7 days of purchase. The packaging for the cartridge, the purchase receipt and the vape cartridge must all be included in order to process the return. If the receipt or the packaging is missing the return will not be completed. Returns will not be granted based on not liking the product. It must be because the vape cartridge is defective and unable to work properly. The store will test all return vape cartridges to ensure quality control.
